The Workouts
All training takes place outside in fresh air & open space in Bridgewater, NJ.  A variety of training tools & techniques are used to continuously motivate & challenge you in new ways. You'll use your own bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, ropes, buddy straps, evasion belts, speed parachutes, agility ladders, jumpropes, the jogging trail, obstacle courses, ab straps, superbands, tires, and more! With an emphasis on functional, multi-joint movements, combined with cardio drills, these workouts are a departure from the traditional gym routine & way more fun!
 
Morning workouts are designed based on a 3-day  training program so each session has a specific training focus:  (note: 2 day training packages also available)
 
Mondays: Circuit training with high-intensity intervals
focus:  strength building & fat burning
Wednesdays: Cardio & drills
focus: cardiovascular fitness, fat burning, & speed & agility training
Thursdays & Fridays: Core strength & Power
focus:  functional strength and athletic performance development (in other words,  whether it's
tennis, soccer, running, cycling, swimming or even playing "tag" with the kids, you'll be better at it!)
Tuesday/Thursday evening classes offer a variety of circuit training, cardio intervals, & core training.

Rates
3 sessions per week (4 weeks) $199.
2 sessions per week - am or pm (4 weeks) $150

Note: The park offers a large covered pavillion & plenty of paved areas so in case of rain and/or muddy conditions, we can still train!  Therefore, except in cases of extreme weather, workouts take place rain or shine.
